  Paid the amount they quoted the day before pick up and then they wanted to charge me more because they 'were confused' when they had come to do the quote despite looking right through the house.....they offered to give me $200 back and ensured us it would be sent with the final load..... also failed to do this and made more excuses...

  These guys are so unprofessional and their lack of care is unbelievable. They lost a box belonging to my mother and left a box with her belonging to another customer. 2 years later and we still dont have the missing box and still have the others customers belongings sitting in my mums garage in perth. 2 years this is such a horrible lack of professionalism and care. Would never recommend them. KEEP AWAY AT ALL COST.

  We have recieved bits a pieces of our belongings over a month period . They send one driver expected to empty an entire trailer on his own , very rude management when told a bad review he responded with I wouldn't do that if I were you .. Missing some things and also broken items . Also quoted a price then once have taken our belongings then said sorry it will be more as I was confused to how much stuff you had even though he walked through the entire house . Where told after being completely stuffed around that we would revive a $200 back for such inconvenience which have not and when call to ask its ohh I forgot and hangs up . Go with anyone else but them absolute joke !
